My Political Views

As we know this is only my opinion but this issue tends to be so complicated these days,

I feel the politicians are like a bunch of High School kids, and Game Show Hosts, all afraid of being truly serious in light of the incredible responsibilities bestowed upon them to do what's right by US, the people of this once great Republic. (Republic is the correct definition of America, Democracy is not)

During election campaigns, they avoid the real reasons we would like to put them in office by throwing names at each other and trying to make each other look bad.

Then, while in office, they line their pockets with gratuities from the special interest groups and get fancy this and that and become more and more like the monkeys of the money makers.

Personally, I hate money.  I always have, but that's what we use to live with.  Are there better ways to live? 

Maybe, maybe not.  But it curtails natural selection to those who know and have wealth to decide for the rest of us.  But that becomes a different story altogether.

Our Citizenship, as dictated by the greatest of documents ever written, Our Constitution, means the we are the boss. 

The government officials and state officials are our employees and we need to always remember that.  So we need to always remind them of that by contacting your

representatives (http://thomas.loc.gov - www.house.gov) as often as every week to speak your position so they know how we want things done. 

(Leaving an employee to do it as they want, without instruction, usually ends up in a lawsuit.)

After hearing the Elders of China speaking out about the value of Freedom of Speech,  I wonder why they would do such a thing.  After all, communist China has been The close minded commitment to the 'Government Control policy is the only policy' ever since I was alive.  It makes you think.  And Castro also speaking about the free market and freedom when Cuba is another of the most close minded Communist countries of the world.  What do they know, that we are seeming to forget?

So Why now do they see that what America was in the early 1800's and before 1933, as we became the wealthiest industrialized nation in the world by an almost 100% lead over the entire global scheme because we had Personal Liberty, Freedom to live without unnecessary taxation and rely on Ourselves = Self reliance.  And most of the greatest schools in the world.

So what happened?

I believe we became lazy, as a people, knowing that the constitution has it's checks and balances maybe we figured it would all work out.  But we haven't been paying close enough attention to the laws and controls that they have been changing, Slowly giving themselves control over us.  Slowly moving towards that end because maybe they don't think we have enough intelligence to notice.  But they are trying to make sure of the lack of intelligence by not teaching the things that should be taught in our school systems and television shows.  So we, the parents of the Future of America and the World NEED to make sure our children know all about history for if we do not teach them about history we will be doomed to repeat it.  The human race has NEVER achieved this much success in 150,000 years of evolution.  The last 400 years have seen incredible changes to the ease of living thanks to the freedom to invent.  Great inventions of modern machinery to mass produce many types of things we all use today or the predecessors thereof have become reality, do to freedom of thought.

With our Liberty and Freedom at stake, do we wish to continue with this lazy attitude, or should we speak up?
